I reached out to customer service a few times and never really got a proper answer. It felt like no one knew who was actually responsible for my order or giving me an update. Super frustrating when all you need is a simple response. I wouldn’t bother ordering again.

"Kept running into out of stock items"
I went on The Bottle Club the other day looking for a few bottles I had in mind, and from what I remember the selection looked promising at first. But once I actually started clicking around, most of the ones I wanted weren’t available. I’ve probably forgotten a few bits, but the main thing that stuck with me was how often it said out of stock. Bit frustrating, so I just ended up ordering somewhere else. I don’t think I’d check there first next time

"Refund process really put me off"
I felt like the return was way more hassle than it needed to be, and waiting around for the refund just made the whole thing more frustrating. Maybe others have had a smoother experience, but for me it felt like too much back-and-forth for something that should’ve been simple. I don’t think I’d order from them again

"Arrived safely and packaged well"
My order from thebottleclub.com turned up packed really well. The box had a small dent, well, more of a little knock on one corner — but the bottle itself was completely fine with no leaks or damage. Happy with it overall and I’d use them again.

"Pretty decent prices, all things considered"
I’ll admit, the prices were better than what I found on a lot of other sites. The delivery fee wasn’t exactly the cheapest, which made me hesitate a bit, but in the end it still felt like a fair deal overall.

I ordered a few bottles for the weekend, but they sent the wrong ones, and one item was missing altogether. I tried getting in touch and, it took ages to get a proper reply. Even then, there wasn’t really a clear answer on when it would be sorted. I don’t know, maybe it was just a one-off, but it was frustrating since I paid for specific items, not random replacements. I probably wouldn’t use them again.

The site was frustrating to use. I have a basic standard for online shopping: if I’m ready to pay, checkout should just work. But it kept failing on me, and after a few tries I gave up.

"I ordered it hoping to have..."
I ordered it hoping to have it for the weekend, but it showed up a few days late. The tracking barely changed the whole time, and when I contacted customer service, they just gave me those vague replies about it being on the way or whatever that was supposed to mean. Frustrating overall, and I don’t think I’d use them again.
